Refund & Return Policy

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to this policy and applicable law.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Return original packaging and included accessories where applicable.
• Provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items that are not defective.
• Gift cards.
• Items specifically identified as final sale.
• Opened hygiene-sensitive products where applicable.

How to Request a Return

Email contact@eyerelief.com with your order number and reason. Returns are made by mail. Do not send anything back until we provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Return Shipping Fees

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. EyeRelief does not charge a restocking fee. For defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect items, EyeRelief covers reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items may be returned and a new order placed.
